Frozen Semen sale Terms and Conditions

• A single dose of frozen semen from the stallion Elias 494, KFPS microchip number 528246000232972 is supplied for the non-refundable fee of $1,900.00 inc GST payable to Kendall Park Friesians
• A “dose” of frozen from Elias 494 is defined as a single insemination unit consisting of 7 straws.
• Split dosing of semen is not permitted.
• Acknowledgement of this document and / or payment for semen forms a binding contract between the purchaser and Kendall Park Friesians.
• All semen must be paid for in full prior to dispatch, and all sales are final upon dispatch.
• The purchaser should confirm with Kendall Park Friesians the prices, terms and availability of semen prior to purchase as all prices, terms and availability is subject to change at any time.
• Kendall Park Friesians and it’s employers and / or volunteers act as an agent to supply equine frozen semen.
• Kendall Park Friesians makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied as to the fertility, viability, availability or freedom from disease of semen.
• Kendall Park Friesians does not offer a breeding contract or live foal guarantee on imported frozen semen.
• Frozen from Elias 494 of 2018 has resulted in pregnancies.
• Upon payment, buyer must take delivery of semen within 7 business days or agrees to pay storage fees associated with frozen to the storage facility.
• Buyer is responsible for all semen insurance, shipping, tank rental, and handling fees associated with the delivery of the semen from the storage facility and return of the shipping container.

• Kendall Park Friesians is not responsible for lost semen shipments or delays in delivery, failure of third party service, or acts of god.
• Buyer is responsible for compliance with registry requirements for the use of the frozen semen and payment of any fees for subsequent registration of any foals conceived.
• All semen purchased for use within WA is to be used exclusively under the direction of OLIVE GROVE EQUINE CLINIC. Any exemption requests must be directed to Dr Fiona Lacey at Olive Grove Equine Clinic.
