Elma

Elma is a Full papered imported studbook Ster mare.  She is a Supreme Champion inhand winner and Grand Champion Royal Show winner.

She is a beautiful mare to handle, very smooth to ride and has the most gentle of natures.  Throughout her training, instructors have commented on her lovely paces, perfect for dressage, nice active hind end and engaged, she steps well under her body.

The mother of Elma is the Ster mare Adilia who has three ster children.

Elma is a daughter of the lengendary Preferent sire Leffert 306 Sport, out of the Ster mare Adilia by Jakob 302 Sport.

Elma has two fillies that are now Ster mares. Her first, was retained by the owner in Holland.  Her second born filly, Ymke KP is the Keuring Champion of Western Australia three times in a row 2009, 2011, and 2013 and two daughters of Ymke also became the 2011 and 2015 ‘Best Australian Bred Friesian WA’. One of those daughters (Isabeau KP) is now a Ster mare.

The oldest colt foal from Elma is unbeaten shown inhand shows with multiple Supreme titles, Top 5 and Supreme of Supreme winner.  He is also the Reserve Champion of the WA IBOP Cup 2015.

Elma gives horses that are very predictable in character, they are true, honest reliable family horses, easy to train and extremely gentle and forgiving natures.  She is now halfway to becoming a Preferent breeding mare!

Elma is now happily retired enjoying days in the pasture on stud.
