Best Performed Dressage
Eligibility and Rules
Competition runs from 1st January to 31st December annually.
Horses must be “Kendall Park” bred, or sired by Kendall Park Stallions (Omer RS fan Top en Twel, Jack Sparrow KP).
Horses must be registered and competing in Australia
Results from all EA run Official and Participant Dressage competitions in Australia are eligible (including Young Horse Dressage). Does not including training days/closed events etc
Prize will be awarded to the winning owner, as at 31-12-2016
Anyone wishing to participate must nominate their horse via the form and email to Kendall Park. Details must include Horse’s Name, age, paper, owner’s details and rider’s details.
Competition results must be forwarded to Kendall Park for inclusion in the Leaderboard update. Details required are score, placing, test, date, event title, venue.
Results must be submitted within 4 weeks post competition date to be valid.
Horses must complete a minimum of 6 competitions. But a maximum of 10 competitions shall be used to determine final scores. If more than 10 competition results submitted, the top 10 shall be used.
A minimum of 8 horses are required for this leaderboard competition to run
>60% to <63% = 1pts
>63% to <66% = 2pts
>66% to <69% = 3pts
>69% to <72% = 4pts
>72% to <75% = 5pts
75% and above = 6pts
A leaderboard will be available for viewing on the Kendall Park website. This will be updated throughout the competition.
In the interest of fairness, a rider/owner cannot claim both the Inhand and Dressage prizes in the same year. Only one prize shall be awarded .
Winner will have the choice of:
- Embroidered Rug
- A 50% discount on a Stallion service to any Kendall Park Stallion available at the time. Must be used within 12 months of being awarded.
- A $500 voucher that can be redeemed on any available horse for sale on the Kendall Park Sales list at the time.
All Prizes must be redeemed within 18 months from announcement of the winner.
